We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices displayed on trizelle.com are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that product images perfectly reflect the actual product. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

United Kingdom:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Trizelle shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@trizelle.com within 30 days of receipt.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by Trizelle for defective or incorrectly delivered items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

9. Guarantees

All products sold on trizelle.com benefit from:

• Legal guarantee of conformity: The product must conform to its description and be fit for its intended purpose.
• Legal guarantee against hidden defects: If a hidden defect makes the product unfit for use, you may request a refund or replacement.
