Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, in its original packaging. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@trizelle.com explaining the reason. If accepted, we will send a return label by email.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs

We cover return shipping costs within 30 days of receipt for defective or incorrect items. No restocking fees.

Specific Return Conditions

• Change of mind: Return within 30 days — unused and in original packaging.
• Defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
• Damaged in transit: Send photos within 48 hours. We assess and cover costs if necessary.
• Wrong item received: Contact us within 48 hours. We cover return and send the correct item.
• Product not received: Contact us within 48 hours to open a carrier investigation. Full refund or replacement if not found.
• Order cancellation: Cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us. If already dispatched, follow the return procedure upon receipt.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. Return the item first — once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
